Effectively and respectively communicating with clients with mental health or personality disorders
How to appropriately share and present evidence related to the mental health condition to an adjudicator in order to help mitigate or explain behaviors in the context of a claim
Challenges regarding capacity, reasonableness of client demands, communication and decision making.

This will be a discussion focused training, with hypotheticals and an engaging conversation. We welcome your questions!
