This training will provide the information you need to effectively cross examine medical and vocational experts in your social security disability hearings. The trainers will discuss the purpose of cross-examination, share tips on how you can prepare for both medical and vocational experts, and explain their personal methods of cross-examination. The trainers will also highlight potential pitfalls of cross-examination and strategies for recovering when things don’t go as planned.
