The U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, has adopted a new Local Rule, LR 5.6, Filing Documents Under Seal in Civil Cases, to be effective February 27, 2016.  Tricia Pepin, Chief Deputy Clerk, Douglas Peterson, Chair of the Federal Practice Committee, and Brian Melendez, also member of the Federal Practice Committee, will provide practical application insight for the new court rule.
