William F. Klumpp, Jr., Assistant Attorney General, will present on the issues of the degree of certainty to which expert witnesses express their opinions of scientific disciplines in light of recent court rulings. Nathaniel J. Pearlson, Forensic Scientist at the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Crime Scene Section and Firearm and Toolmark Section in Bemidji, will assist Mr. Klumpp in this presentation.
