Employment law accommodation case
- Location: Minneapolis
- Organization: MMLA
This case is AVAILABLE.
Client is diagnosed with PTSD and suffers from depression. The diagnosis of PTSD came as a result of incidents which occurred at place of employment. Client was terminated this year, following over a decade of service in a special education program at the school district. Client believes that the school district did not accommodate her disability, returning her to a classroom setting after she had requested (and received) an administrative assignment. Termination letter was received in November of this year.
She is currently represented by a workers comp attorney. That attorney suggested that she engage an employment law attorney.
Client would like to speak with an attorney to evaluate her current options and potentially represent her.
