A Petition for Emergency Guardian/Conservatorship was filed on 04/11/2017.  There was a probate hearing set for June 13, 2017 at Carlton County Courthouse as part of an emergency guardianship/conservatorship of Wife.  The children of Client are the Petitioners.  Client's wife is currently in a nursing home and Client believes that he should be made Guardian, the Court should remove the children as Guardian. conservator, and that she, Wife should be able to return home.  Client maintains that his wife is not incapacitated but concedes that she has early onset dementia.  There is another court hearing in Carlton County Court on September 28, 2017.
