Checklists

Settlement Checklists are intended to help you reach comprehensive settlements with adverse parties.  Each checklists contains issues that you should discuss with your client and consider addressing in your client's settlement agreement.  Remember that checklists might not cover every circumstance and should be adapted to fit your client's particular situation.
