Volunteer Lawyers Network and Legal Services State Support present a  two-part webinar on Chapter 7 bankruptcies for low-income Minnesotans. 

Both  sessions are presented by Chapter 7 panel trustees Mary Jo  Jensen-Carter and John Hedback. The seminar guides participants through a  Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing and is designed for attorneys new to the  practice of consumer bankruptcy. Topics include: how to conduct the  initial interview; completing the petition; attending the meeting of  creditors; and an overview of the schedules and creditors' rights.
