Take a work break and join the fun in serving a community meal with your fellow section members over the lunch hour! The Food, Drug & Device Law Section is sponsoring a lunch meal to prepare and serve a meal at the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery: Cook for Kids program. This will be a small volunteer group (up to six people) assembling and making a nutritious meal for children and their families. Opportunities to interact with kids and staff members is encouraged. Good cooking skills is not required as long as you know how to follow a recipe, provide a meal and clean up afterwards.
For additional details, check out the Cook for Kids volunteer video. Thank you for your interest in serving the community!
Once you are registered and confirmed to attend, additional details will be sent to you via email. You will meet the group at Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery. Carpool is an option from downtown Minneapolis – please advise if you are interested in carpooling.
