This year’s annual meeting features a presentation by Justice Hudson on appellate review of administrative law cases in Minnesota. In addition to Justice Hudson’s presentation, the CLE will include a review of this year’s significant administrative law cases, and a review of administrative law issues addressed in this year’s legislative session.  There will also be a recap of the Section’s activities over the past year, and election of the Section’s officers for the next year.
Justice Hudson joined the Minnesota Court of Appeals in June 2002 by appointment of Gov. Jesse Ventura, and was elevated to the Minnesota Supreme Court in October 2015 by appointment of Governor Mark Dayton. Her long legal career before joining the courts included eight years as an appellate attorney in the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General.
Everyone is invited to the annual breakfast to reconnect with colleagues and meet others who are interested in Administrative Law.
