Gang-based Asylum Claims After Matter of S-E-G-
The webinar will give participants the opportunity to learn about the legal work at multiple levels that eventually lead to the release of our clients facing imminent deportation and that has created new hope for this area of asylum. The CLE will be conducted by Matter of S-E-G's Appellate Litigation Coordinator for ILCM, Ben Casper, and pro bono counsel from Latham & Watkins.
Cost: Non Profit Attorneys: $25 Requested Donation; All Others: $50 Requested Donation. All contributions will be used to support the continued work of ILCM's Appellate Litigation Project.
