Free Legal Clinic

Legal Assistance of Olmsted County in conjunction with National Pro Bono Celebration Week (October 24-28, 2011) will be sponsoring a Free Legal Clinic for low-income individuals and families residing in southeastern Minnesota on October 25, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon and 2 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Bethel Lutheran Church, 810 3rd Avenue SE, Rochester, MN 55904. Local area attorneys will be available to meet with individuals for brief consultations in the following areas: Family Law: divorce, custody, child support and parenting time; Housing: landlord/tenant and foreclosures; Employment and Unemployment; Estate Planning: power of attorney, healthcare directives, and wills; Consumer: collection practices, bankruptcy, conciliation court, cease and desist letters; Immigration: vawa petition, I-765 Application for Employment, I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.
