As members of the Volunteer Librarians Coalition (VLC), our mission is to facilitate access to information needed by the ProJustice volunteer attorneys in advising low-income or disadvantaged clients. We are professional, experienced legal researchers; however, our professional ethics prohibit us from giving legal advice and from making legal determinations about the law.
VLC access to information is provided to ProJustice volunteers in two ways:
- Access to legal research content at the VLC wiki: http://vlcmn.info/
- Via email to vlcwiki.mn@gmail.com Please describe your research question in detail. Tell us when you need your answer and provide us with your contact information should we need to discuss your question in greater detail.
A VLC volunteer librarian will get back to you with the answer to your question. VLC has received permission from Westlaw to use their content to support ProJustice volunteer attorneys statewide.
