Practice Tips: How to appeal
Inform clients that:
• Appeals go to Hennepin County district court.
• The district court will rigorously apply the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and the Minnesota Rules of Evidence.
• Low-income individuals who qualify should contact VLN for assistance.
