New Law Series: Hennepin County Co-Parent Court - A New Problem Solving Court for Unmarried Parents
Partners in Hennepin County's new Co-Parent Court will present the latest research on the circumstances and challenges facing low-income, unmarried parents. Panelists will explain how a public-private partnership is beginning to address those needs by expanding the paternity establishment process to include comprehensive screening, social service supports, co-parent education, domestic violence services, mediation and other assistance in parenting plan development.
