New Law Series: Collaborative Law and Cooperative Practice - An Update and Comparison
The use of both Collaborative Law and Cooperative Practice in family law matters continues to grow in Minnesota. In this webcast, two highly experienced family law practitioners will provide descriptions and comparisons of these two processes, helping you to better understand the differences between them and the benefits of each approach. Presenters will also provide updates about the status of each approach, here and nationally.

  • CLE Credit Comments: Minnesota CLE has applied to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 1.5 standard CLE credits. The maximum number of credits attendees may claim for this webcast is 1.5 credits. Minnesota CLE also has applied for 1.5 continuing education in ADR credits. Credits for attending a live webcast are reported in the same way you would report credits for attending a live or video replay presentation.
