An overview of the 2010 legislative session. Among the topics: the Jobs bill, and its economic development initiatives - angel investor tax credit, historic structure rehabilitation tax credit, TIF changes, a new property tax assessment program to finance energy improvements, expansion of the sales tax on materials for affordable housing; criminal law changes and various items from the MSBA legislative agenda.
