Many returning veterans are finding themselves in the throes of family law issues. This CLE will inform the bar of those issues and provide insight and education about the unique issues a veteran's family law case presents. The Ramsey County Bench is calling upon the bar to render aid to those who served our country by providing limited pro bono legal assistance. To that end, the CLE will include Patrick Burns of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility presenting on the ethics of providing unbundled legal services to those who cannot afford full representation. Attending this FREE CLE does not obligate you to volunteer to assist veterans, but an appeal will be made to join a growing list of attorneys who want to serve those who served us.
