Family Law Series: Child Support
The legislature has passed a major revision of the Child Support Guideline laws that went into effect in 2007. This Minnesota CLE Webcast will be an overview of the new child support laws. The program will cover how to calculate support and modify a support order, how custody affects child support, changes with the new income shares legislation along with an update as to how the courts have been using and interpreting the new child support law.

- CLE Credit Comments: Minnesota CLE has applied to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 2.0 CLE credits. The maximum number of total credits you may claim for attending this webcast is 2.0 credits.
