The critically-acclaimed play, Broken Brain Summit, has been expanded into a CLE experience like nothing you’ve attended before. This special program will be live at the Hennepin County Bar Association for one day only. TOPICS TO BE COVERED:

• What is a "reasonable accommodation" in the workplace for persons with brain injury?

• What are the challenges for the employee with a mental disability, and for the employer?

• What are the legal issues under the ADA and other related laws?

• What biases do those with brain injuries face in the legal system?

• Do these individuals have equal access to justice, and participation in the justice system,

including jury selection?

• How do the courts determine whether a person with a disability is entitled to protection?
