For the first time NITA is offering a unique all-inclusive advocacy program to help litigators learn all the facets of trial advocacy.  Participants will spend a full week practicing and perfecting depositions, expert examinations, negotiations, jury selection, introduction and use of exhibits, technology in the courtroom, liability and damages, and trial skills in order to provide a full learning experience.  After a week of high-intensity training, the program will close with half-day trials taking place in courtrooms filled with state of the art technology including smart boards, computers and DVD equipment.

  • CLE Credit Comments: The number of credits each state allows will be available prior to the program from the state CLE administrators office and the NITA admissions office. Please note that individual state CLE fees are not included in the NITA tuition fee and are payable at registration for the program.
